12. How long is your personal data retained?

For the processing of personal data relating to the management of e-commerce customers, store customers and prospects, including in particular customer relationship management, marketing campaign management, tracking of in-store e-reservations, management of defective products and parcel tracking, we will apply the following retention periods:

  • Personal Data relating to customers: duration of the contractual relationship increased by the legal limitation periods, i.e. 5 years;
  • Data relating to non-customer prospects: 3 years from the last active contact with our brand;
  • Purchase and browsing history cookies: 13 months;
  • Bank card number and expiration date: 13 months, following the debit date or 15 months in case of deferred debit payment cards;
